Monkey Beans Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship via Ninja Van or our own fleet. 

• Standard delivery within Singapore: 2–4 business days.

• Express delivery (optional): 1–2 business days.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  

Free Shipping

• Enjoy free shipping on orders above $80 (Singapore only).

International Shipping

• We can ship worldwide but they are not automated at checkout. If you wish you purchase from us internationally, please reach out to us at hello@monkeybeans.co for us to arrange. 

• Delivery time varies by destination (usually 7–21 business days).

• International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes, if applicable.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays

• While we work closely with our courier partners, Monkey Beans is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g. weather, courier backlogs, customs).

Wrong Address Disclaimer

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

• We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
