Monkey Beans Return & Refund Policy

At Monkey Beans, we want you to enjoy every sip of your coffee. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Because coffee is a perishable product, we generally do not accept returns once the package has been opened. However, we will gladly accept returns in these situations:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order was incomplete.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

Refund

We do not do any refunds on our coffee.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, we’ll replace it with the correct one at no extra cost.
